Galvanized steel pipe is a steel pipe that has been coated with zinc. This coating protects the steel from corrosion. To create galvanized steel pipe, steel materials are placed into a molten bath of zinc. This process is also called hot dip galvanization. The two metals are chemically bound to one another in this process, and will therefore never separate, resulting in a more resistant and longer lasting version of steel.
It is most commonly used for outdoor construction like fences and handrails, or for some interior plumbing. Outdoor applications are a more common use of galvanized steel pipe in the modern age. It is most likely to be seen on chain link fences or handrails. It is highly resistant to corrosion, which makes it a perfect choice for goods or materials that will be exposed to the elements on a regular basis.

Powder Coated Carbon Steel Pipe is ordinary carbon steel pipes covered by a layer of RAL colors, as per the customers requirement. Powder coating can be done on Black and well as Galvanized Steel Pipes. Powder coated steel is typically made to prevent corrosion, the base material steel can be powder coated with finely ground particles of pigment and resin. Powder coating is applied as a dry powder on the steel. The powder-coat process entails the application of electrostatically charged particles onto the surface of the substrate. In a typical powder-coating system, a feeder unit delivers the powder to an electrostatic gun. The feeder unit also controls the flow of powder to the gun.
The coating thickness varies as per customers requirement from 40 microns to 100 microns.
